Campaign in Mostar, Bosnia Flourishing

Tuesday, 1 April, 2025 • Bosnia and Herzegovina • Mostar

The campaign team report that their campaign is going very very well. They are reaping the fruits of the Bishop’s paternal blessing. Priests and nuns come to them, pray and praise the work and commitment of lay people with the Bishop’s blessing.

There is excellent response and acceptance from the public, the Church, and supporters. During the campaign, they are. working with the hospital chapel to follow the liturgical program of the hospital chapel. With the agreement of the hospital chaplain, they lead a spiritual pathway for the unborn, praying the Rosary before Mass. The chaplain is very happy with the presence of the initiative and that the hospital has come to life.

The team is aware that they live in a more healthy conservative environment, and they sympathize with all the cities and towns where this is not the case and they have many more problems and pray for them.

The current problem is that volunteers come in very large numbers but unannounced. They have to ask some volunteers to pray quietly and respect others. The retired Bishop came to bless and pray at the halfway campaign. They have permission to pray in front of the entrance of the hospital when it is raining.

The team still has many plans and with God’s help, they move step by step. They recruit a day captain for the day, training them on how to perform their task. So far the campaign has brought challenges in leadership, but they solve current and new arising problems as they emerge with a meeting once a week. So far there has been a short counter-protest from just one person on Saturdays, a pithy presence.

Thanks be to God!
